The program will feature as panelists five trial skills masters with an array of perspectives: Judge Jennifer P. Wilson, District Judge, Middle District of Pennsylvania; Judge Malachy E. Mannion, District Judge, Middle District of Pennsylvania; Alexandria Lappas, Interim Federal Public Defender, Middle District of Pennsylvania; Jenny P. Roberts, Deputy Criminal Chief, United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania; and Daniel T. Brier, Partner, Myers, Brier, & Kelly, LLP. Moderated by Terrance Nealon, Partner at McDonald & MacGregor, LLC, the panel will dive into the nuances of the handling of evidence in trial from motions in limine through closings, including strategies for admitting and excluding evidence, and objections. The program is approved by the Pennsylvania CLE Board for 1.5 substantive CLE credits
