Roberts, Deputy Criminal Chief, United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania; and Daniel T. Brier, Partner, Myers, Brier, & Kelly, LLP. Moderated by Terrance Nealon, Partner at McDonald & MacGregor, LLC, the panel takes a deep dive into the nuances of the handling of evidence at trial from motions in limine through closings, including strategies for admitting and excluding evidence, and raising and responding to objections.
